Co-Pastor Dr. Regina Boney is a dynamic leader, influential teacher, and impactful preacher of the gospel. She serves in ministry alongside her husband, Bishop Raymond Boney, as the Co-Pastor of Victory at Calvary Covenant Ministries in Durham, NC. A Magnolia, NC native, Dr. Boney is a graduate of North Carolina Central University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education. In 2009, she received a Master’s of Arts degree in Education, specializing in Reading and Literacy from Walden University. In 2016, she received a Doctorate degree in Pastoral Counseling from Andersonville Theological Seminary. 

Dr. Boney has over 30 years of experience in education and nearly 40 years of ministry experience. Dr. Boney began preaching in July 1983. Through her preaching, God has performed numerous miracles such as: souls being saved, bodies being healed, and shackles loosed from the believers. 

In 1996, Dr. Boney and her husband founded Victory Temple Holy Church, Inc. located in the city of Durham, NC. In 2012, the ministries of Victory Temple Holy Church and Mount Calvary

Lighthouse of Faith merged as one church becoming “Victory at Calvary Covenant Ministries.” Formerly, she and Bishop Boney served as Jr. Church pastors at Mt. Calvary Holy Church under the leadership of the late Bishop Frizelle Yelverton. 

At Victory at Calvary, Dr. Boney preaches the Word every second and fourth Sundays at 11am. She is also the president of the Cover Girls Women’s Ministry. Every Tuesday at 6pm, Dr. Boney hosts “iWin”, a prayer hotline open to all those who seek intercession. Dr. Boney is a Certified Health and Nutrition Life Coach as well as a Certified Life Purpose Life Coach. She is also working on her first book to be released soon.  

It is Dr. Boney’s desire to see God’s people blessed regardless of what the enemy says. It is her heart’s desire to minister to the youth, hurting women, gang bangers, drug dealers, and everyone without hope. Her desire is that they give their lives to the Lord. Dr. Boney is a firm believer of Philippians 4:13 which states, “I can do all things through Christ, which strengthens me.” As a humble and faithful servant of the Lord, she strongly believes that it can be done, and it shall be done!

Dr. Boney is the mother of two adult children and two bonus daughters. She is also the proud grandmother of six.
